Screen printing and laser engraving are common methods. We own laser etching machines, so we can produce a single sample for you immediately; however, screen printing requires the creation of a printing plate, so the minimum order quantity is 500 units.

Generally, with a minimum order quantity of just 100 units, we can create a wiring diagram for you or print one based on your own design. The diagram can feature your brand or logo, website URL, QR code, and similar details; however, please note that the diagram's size is limited, so the content displayed should be concise.

The minimum order quantity for mass-printing manuals on coated paper is 5,000 copies; for smaller orders, if you provide a PDF version, we can print it on standard A4 paper. A better suggestion is to include a QR code on the wiring diagram, allowing users to scan it and access the digital manual.

Our packaging boxes are generic and do not bear any of our company's contact details. If you wish to customize the design or display your own brand/logo, this requires the creation of printing plates; the box manufacturer sets a minimum order quantity of 500 units and charges a plate-making fee, though this fee is waived for orders of 2,000 units or more.

In addition to the standard size (71x29 mm) suitable for compact panel-mount temperature controllers, we offer housings in over 20 other sizes; all are made of flame-retardant ABS and comply with EU standards.

We offer a selection of digital tube displays in over ten different fonts.

NTC thermistor: In addition to the standard 10K (at 25°C) temperature sensor, we also offer a 100K version, and PTC etc.

Wire materials: Options include TPE, silicone, PVC, Teflon, etc.

Probe housing: PVC, TPE or stainless steel, bolt shape, magnetic type, etc.; 

The length and diameter can be customized to specifications.

Wiring Methods: directly from the mother board, spade connectors, XH or SM connectors, etc.

Most of our compact thermostats utilize terminal connections, though some employ spade connectors instead of standard terminals;

However the larger panel thermostats often feature with spade connectors (Crimp Terminal Wiring), or use Lead Wire Wiring extending directly from the mainboard to the exterior of the housing.

As long as the number of thermostats you order reaches a certain number (for example, 100 units), Junbel are happy to help you set the default values ​​of the parameters. You can use them immediately once receiving the goods instead of changing the parameter values ​​one by one. 

If you think some parameters do not need to be displayed, we can also help you hide them before leaving the factory.
